Karl Pae was the first Estonian to work at Google. He joined Google's European headquarters in Dublin in 2008, helped set up the Estonian team there, and spent five years helping companies get more out of Google Ads. In 2013 he moved back to Estonia and founded ePPC. He has now worked with Google Ads for 18 years.

Since then, ePPC has become known as one of the leading Google Ads agencies in the Baltics. We've worked with most of Estonia's largest Google Ads advertisers, and we've mentored and trained many smaller agencies along the way. Karl is a regular speaker at industry events.

We've won more than 10 Digitegu awards, including five in the Google Ads category and the Grand Prix several times. We're the only agency in the Baltics to have been a finalist in the Search Engine Land Awards, and we're a Google Premier Partner agency.

Today we're a team of 12 running performance marketing for companies expanding internationally. Our main focus is app marketing, alongside Google Ads and other paid media, analytics and in-house Marketing Mix Modeling. We manage over €2M a month in ad spend and were one of the first Google App Partner agencies in Europe.
