Training sessions

Not all of the learning is done in classroom. You will have the opportunity to do practical assignments on your own. You’ll also be taking the official Google Ads exams so you’ll have something official to show for the dedicated time.

We are looking for the next digital marketing superstars

Summer Academy 2022

You'll get the opportunity to put your freshly gained knowledge through a real-world test.

You are welcome to apply, if:

Extra points for you, if:

  • you already have experience with Google Ads and/or Analytics
  • you have programming skills, any kind ☺ (but it is definitely not a must have)
  • you have knowledge about statistics or data mining
  • you are a wordsmith or have designer skills.
  • you speak some foreign languages.
  • you have experience with UX/ web design.
  • you are passionate about digital marketing
  • you’re a quick learner and always ready to discover something new
  • you’re fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • you have an analytical mind
  • you have at least two years of university studies behind you.

From there on out the recruitment process looks like this.

Round 1 - The Applications

  • Application period May 10 - June 7.
  • You can expect the answer whether you got to the second round by June 8.

Round 2 - The Homework (practical assignment)

  • The deadline for homework is June 19.
  • By June 20 we will let everyone know if their assignment was good enough to make it to the third round.

Round 3 - The Interview

  • The interviews will take place between June 20 and June 28.
  • If you are lucky enough to charm us with your personality then you will be invited to join our 6 week Summer Academy.

Summer Academy

  • Summer Academy takes place from July 18 to August 26 but don't worry - not all days are spent in the office and you'll get a chance to enjoy the summer as well.

Some graduates of the Summer Academy will get a job offer in our lovely company :)

There is also a small scholarship for the Academy participants. All of this will happen in our lovely shared office space at LIFT99

Some of the things you’ll learn during the training sessions:

  • how to set-up Google Search ads with the right keywords, ads and settings
  • display solutions like Discovery ads, YouTube ads, mobile app campaigns and everything else you can do on the Google Display Network
  • remarketing campaigns to people who have already visited your website
  • Facebook ads and Microsoft ads (yes, Google is not the only search engine)
  • how to optimize all of the above once campaigns are set up
  • Google Analytics and how to make sure you are tracking the right things and looking at the right data
  • Google Tag Manager
  • other tools that will help with campaigns, reporting or conversion optimization
  • much much more

Important deadlines

The trainers

  • The curriculum is set up by Karl Pae, the agency founder. He is also a Google Certified Trainer, former Googler, trainer at Äripäev and regular speaker at trainings and events in Estonia and elsewhere. Sign up to this free training on entering new markets on May 26th to see Karl in action. 
  • Other trainers are our very experienced Account Managers. 
  • In the past years we have also had guest trainers from Google, Microsoft and elsewhere. 

You truly can't get this kind of experience anywhere else! Every year we have people asking if they can pay to just participate.

Internship

You will work on real Google Ads campaigns and use all of the knowledge you gained during the training – setting up new campaigns for search, YouTube, app promotion, remarketing, Facebook and optimizing existing ones. You will work closely with our Account Managers who will be your guides whilst you’re making your first strides. 

Some fun activities are also planned. Not that learning about Google isn’t already fun:)
The program will be part-time so you’ll have some time to enjoy the summer as well.
 

ePPC Summer Academy is the best place for someone interested in the digital marketing world, but not sure where to start. I joined the Academy with zero marketing experience and gained an abundance of knowledge as well as strong hands-on experience with Google Ads. After the Academy I was lucky enough to join ePPC full time, which for me has been one the coolest experiences for all the self-development, perks and opportunities working as a digital marketer in ePPC gives you.
Anywhere the internet was good enough for video calls, we were free to work from. There would be instances of all of us spread across the world on a team meeting call and  finding ourselves discovering Asia with a colleague.
